Mainly used for engine blocks. Using this product in complex engine blocks with many right-angle turns and convex surfaces to overcome the following problems: core not fully filled, or with low density; excessive gas generated, burn-in, pin hole, deforming, and hard to shake out sand etc. This product is made with low expansion silica sand, speciallty formulated phenolic resin, refractory additives. Use it at 320℃, it can reduce the core baking time.
